
ABOUT ME
Will’s fitness journey began in 2010,during his final year of schooling, when he began training clients out of a small training studio.
On completion of his secondary education, he then commenced his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. During this time Will worked part time as a personal trainer at Renouf Applecross, quickly beginning to realise this was his passion and what would become his life long mission to make an impact in the industry.
In 2013 Will competed in his first natural body building competition, taking out first place in male juniors. On completion of his Undergraduate degree in 2014, Will entrenched himself for the next 4 years working full time at Goodlife Myaree. Here, he was able to build a successful business and also take on an apprentice. During this time, he also travelled to Arizona to participate in a course on Fascial Stretch Therapy.
Towards the end of 2018 Will decided to enhance his knowledge and return to formal study, beginning his Masters of Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University. In 2018 Will also moved to run his business out of the Physique Code, being surrounded by some of the smartest minds in the industry. An increasing focus on body composition saw Will travel to Melbourne at the end of 2019 to undertake the ISAK Anthrompometry course. He is now an accredited skinfold practitioner. Will also completed his Masters of Exercise Science ( Strength and Conditioning) in 2020 graduating with High Distinction.
Currently, Will is working out Revo Fitness O’Connor, both with face-to-face and online clients across Australia.

Will's training is principle based, allowing him to keep an open mind to all types of coaching methods, training protocols and implements.
He looks to optimise client’s physiques within a maintainable lifestyle.
He strongly believes in educating his clients so they can understand every part of the process and become self sufficient in their own training.
He also loves no nonsense hard training sessions, getting his clients out of their comfort zone and helping them realise their true potential both in and out of the gym.

Will has completed his Undergraduate Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Notre Dame and further has completed his Masters Degree in Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University.
He has always been a big believer in education and has attended courses all over the world to further his knowledge. He has also been involved in numerous consultations, mentorships and coaching relationships and continually seeks out the best minds in the industry to learn from.
This has lead to him being passionate about the education and development of personal trainers. He has presented his content and lectured to hundreds of personal trainers over the past few years.
