“21 years of various evolutions in my training. 18 months ago I finally bit the bullet and engaged a real coach.

He changed my understanding of what works, what doesn’t. He kept me honest - I’ve never trained so consistently even with gyms closed over COVID etc. He reworked my program almost weekly when I messed up my shoulder. "Due to the wealth of knowledge Will has in physique and movement, it felt as if coming into each session was like putting the training wheels on again; changing my understanding of the fundamental principles for all lifting movements. Having the guidance from Will in regards to performing each movement, established the importance of technique and helped manage significant injuries which had accumulated from my younger years of trying to lift heavy without proper form.
